Fulham 2-2 Blackburn Rovers

Fulham conceded a late goal yet again as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Blackburn Rovers in their Premiership live match on Sunday.

Danny Murphy put Fulham in the lead from the penalty spot in the 51st minute but Blackburn drew level six minutes later with a close range effort by Brett Emerton. However Diomansy Kamara put Fulham back in the lead in the 63rd minute before Stephen Warnock grabbed a point for the visitors with just 10 minutes remaining.

A drab first half saw both the teams fail to create any chances with Benni McCarthy's injury being the only eventful incident in the first 45 minutes. However the game exploded into life 5 minutes into the second half when Kamara earned a penalty for his team after being fouled by Ryan Nelsen and Danny Murphy kept his nerve to put Fulham in the lead.

However the celebrations were short lived as Blackburn drew level six minutes later as Roberts flicked Warnock's cross into the path of an onrushing Emerton who was left with a simple finish from close range.

It was not long before Fulham were back in the lead as Kamara latched on to Simon Davies' pass to slot home the ball past Brad Friedel. With Fulham throwing away 13 points this season after taking an early lead, Blackburn were always in contention to get back in the match and they did equalize in the 80th minute when Roberts found Warnock with a great cross after the 25-year old was left with a simple tap in to grab a point.
