The agent of Carlos Tevez, Kia Joorabchian has declared he is willing to put up the funds for a fresh enquiry into the Tevez debacle. Joorabchian has criticized the administration at the Premier League for the way they acted in the saga and is upset with the lack of transparency in the organization.

Joorabchain further criticized the chief Richard Scudamore who he said had dragged involved parties through the mud. The Carlos Tevez case concerns the issue of third party agreements which have been banned under Premier League ruling. Such arrangements aret common place on other continents but it is the first time such a situation has come to light in the UK. Tevez now plays for Premier League champions Manchester United but the controversy has rumbled on for several months and ultimately involved a number of clubs.

The situation was believed to be resolved when Tevez signed for United. However, relegated Sheff United have reignited the row amidst suggestions they will take legal action for compensation against West Ham.
