Rafa Benitez manager of Premiership side Liverpool is angry at the outcome of his move to sign Gabriel Heinze from Manchester United. The 29 year old Argentine international had sought help from the Premier League after Man U refused to sell him to Liverpool. However, the arbitrary panel dismissed the defenders case and sided with the Premier League champions who had given instruction orally and written to the player regarding potential moves.

With a block put on a move to Anfield it looks increasingly likely that Heinze will move overseas. Media speculation have suggested a number of clubs including a move to La Liga giants Real Madrid.
