Onuoha signs new City deal
20 year old Manchester City defender Nedum Onuoha has signed a new contract after impressive displays in the European Under 21 championship for England. The young defender made 19 appearances last season for City and has committed his future to the club for a further 4 years.
Nedum's contract extension re-affirms the clubs commitment to fielding a squad based on home grown talent. With the proposed takeover of the club by a conglomerate led by former Thai prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra the future for young stars at city is bright.
