Blackburn have still got an outside chance for a UEFA Cup place but need to win every match till end of the season. Newcastle see their top striker Michael Owen back from a long term injury.

Blackburn still have injury problems with Robbie Savage, Steven Reid and Ooijer out sit 10^th with Newcastle in 12^th place in the English Premier League. Blackburn have not had a good run of form lately and Mark Hughes team would be happy to get back to winning ways. Newcastle have a similar run of form but will be looking for a good end to the season to appease long suffering Magpie fans with returns from Michael Owen and Shola Ameobi. Owen and Ameobi return at the cost of losing Sibierski and Emre to injury both who will be out for the remainder of the season. Given and Duff still fill the list also.
