Muller Looking For More

One of Germany’s goal-scoring heroes against England is hoping to add to his tally. Thomas Muller scored twice in the 4-1 defeat of Fabio Capello’s men and the 20 year-old believes that he can add to his tally against Argentina.

The Bayern Munich player was delighted to have played his part in such a memorable result for Germany. “Two goals in one World Cup match does not happen too often” he said, but now I want more. I want to score five or six goals here.”

No-one in the German camp is underestimating the task that lies ahead with a Lionel Messi and Carlos Tevez-inspired Argentinean side looking like being the side to beat for anyone with aspirations on the World title. Captain Philip Lahm reckons it was for that reason that they triumphed against England. “Maybe England were not prepared for this game as they should be – maybe they under-estimated us because our players are not as famous” he said.
