Gary Megson expects to add more players to his Bolton Wanderers squad during the January transfer window.

During recent weeks, Megson has struggled to put out a team due to the number of injuries at the club. This has meant that he has been forced to name several inexperienced youngsters on the substitute bench for recent games.

Megson said “We…need to add to (the squad) with a few more bodies…That means when a few people drop out through injury and suspension, as we had at the weekend, we're not having to put a great onus on the kids coming through and learning their trade”.

Bolton has had a reasonable start to the season and currently sit twelfth place in the Premier League.
