Lagerback : Ibrahimovic may not last 90 minutes

Sweden’s key player Zlatan Ibrahimovic may not be able to last the whole 90 minutes against Greece in the opening game of the Euro 2008, according to Sweden’s coach Lars Lagerback.

“It's hard to say whether he's ready for 90 minutes at full speed. I think he's getting closer and closer.” said Lagerback.

The Inter Milan striker, who missed the last two months towards the end of the Serie A has been training with his swollen knee heavily strapped. Lars Lagerback said that the striker would be focusing on weight training ahead of Sweden’s opening clash against Russia.

The Swedish national side spent Saturday practicing their set-pieces behind closed doors, and Lagerback feels that it would come in handy against the Greeks. He said, “We have a couple of options that we don't want them to know about.”

Henrik Larsson, who had been a surprise inclusion in the side, also commented on Sweden’s training session.

“This was the first closed training session, so I can't say much about it. It gives you time to look at certain things, you talk a bit louder because normally there's always a lot of media there looking, filming. Plus, there's probably one or two spies watching how we train. So it's quite important with closed training sessions.” Larsson said.

After Russia, Sweden have to play the Spain on the 14th and defending champions Greece on the 18th.
