Serbia star Zdravko Kuzmanovic has held his hand up for the second time in a week, this time to apologise for his handball that led to Ghana’s penalty winner in their first Group D match.

 

Kuzmanovic admitted that he will rightly receive criticism but said “I hope my team-mates can forgive me. We deserved at least a point from a draw and because of my error, we have no points.”

Centre-back Aleksandar Lukovic will miss their next match following his sending off for two bookable offenses. Defeat against an apparently rampant German side will signal an end to their hopes of progression.
