Italy Under 21 captain Georgio Chiellini has been given the green light for a move to the English Premier League. The player is currently with Juventus but new coach Claudio Ranieri has given the go ahead for the player to talk with Manchester City. Media speculation has shed light on what is expected to be a £7m move for the youngster.

Now aged 22 Chiellini is a dynamic player with 6 full international caps to his name. Manchester City have some competition in the hunt for the player. If Anfield outfit Liverpool fail to prise Gabriel Heinze away from Manchester United then they may also be in the hunt for the Juve player.
