As suggested Geremi has completed a move to English Premier League side Newcastle United from Chelsea. His move is pending a work permit being awarded. Geremi will join a number of summer free transfer signings at the North East side after passing a medical and putting pen to paper on a 3 year deal with the club. Magpies manager Sam Allardyce spoke of his intentions to sign the player last week. With the backing of the board Allardyce has strengthened his squad at Newcastle in preparation for their 2007-08 Premier League campaign.
