Fulham to sign KamaraFulham had a miserable outing in the English Premier League last time around and they sacked boss Chris Coleman at the eleventh hour. Although their Premiership status was retained, new boss Lawrie Sanchez will have to shop around for strikers if he has to have a better season this time round with the Craven Cottage club. A step in the right direction, Fulham are set to sign West Brom’s Senegalese striker Diomansy Kamara for a fee of 6.5 million pounds. Fulham target man Heidar Helguson will head in the opposite direction as part of the deal. Kamara is undergoing a medical and discussing personal terms at the Cottage. Also, on the Spanish front, Diego Forlan has agreed a move to Atletico. This paves the path for Torres’ exit to the Premiership. Atletico midfielder Luciano Galetti has signed for Olympiakos. Barcelona have spruced up their leaky defense with the 10 million signing of Eric Abidal. They have released Edmilson though and he is available on free with Newcastle interested in the Brazilian.
