Fulham fell 2-1 to Boro at the weekend but faced further misery as key striker Brian McBride dislocated his kneecap. The player is now facing several months on the sidelines in a freak injury which occurred after minimal contact. The striker was accompanied to hospital by another player Hameur Bouazza who also disclocated his shoulder during the game. The loss of their influential captain will hurt Fulham as they progress in the 2007-08 English Premier League season.
