Michael Ball has admitted a charge levied by the Football Association for violent conduct following a stamp on Manchester United maestro Cristiano Ronaldo on Saturday in the Manchester derby which saw homeside city lose 1-0.

The FA charge of violent conduct carries an automatic 3 match ban. The 27 year old city defender has apologized for his actions publically and personally to Ronaldo.
