Nicolas Anelka seeks clarificationFrance international Nicolas Anelka seeks clarification on his future with English Premier League club Bolton. The 28 year old star who has enjoyed a topsy-turvy career is happy to stay with the Wanderers under Sammy Lee but has not had any notification of his future at the club. Anelka has expressed an interest in being able to play for one of the big 4 teams in the Premier League but back in March insisted he was happy with his lot. In April the pecking order at Bolton was reshuffled. Sam Allardyce the new Newcastle United manager resigned and was replaced by Sammy Lee. Since then a number of stars have left the club and its direction seems uncertain. Time will tell if a place remains for Anelka or whether he will move on to new pastures. He scored a great goal on Saturday when France beat Ukraine 2-0 in their Euro 2008 qualifier.
