The Giallorossi are struggling to overcome their poor start to the new season and while they have managed to win two of their last four games, Roma’s poor displays so far has increased calls for Claudio Ranieri to be sacked though the club’s director Daniele Prade has claimed that the former Chelsea coach is “untouchable”.

Lecce coach Luigi De Canio will be hoping to take full advantage of the turmoil at Roma and collect three more points to add to the good start for his side so far this season. The newly promoted side have emerged as one of the surprise packages this season and find themselves 10th in the league table with 11 points from their first eight games.

Lecce lost both their games the last time they met Roma in the Serie A back in 2008-09 season and De Canio will be hopeful of a different result this time around.
