After Roma president Rosella Sensi had revealed last year that she is looking to sell the club and her representatives at Unicredit bank had contacted the president of Boston International Group, Thomas Di Benedetto who also has a stake in the New England Sports Ventures (NESV) which currently owns Liverpool.

Manager Claudio Ranieri will be keen to shrug off any distractions of the sale and will be making sure that his side concentrates on their match against relegation threatened Brescia fully aware that a victory could see the close down the gap at the top of the table.
