Milan dominated the possession against Juventus but goals from Fabio Quagliarella and Alessandro Del Piero saw the Bianconeri take a 2-0 lead and though Zlatan Ibrahimovic managed to reduce the deficit, Milan were unable to find an equalizer late in the game.

The defeat sees Milan cede their second spot to arch rivals Inter Milan and fall five points behind league leaders Lazio. With Bari rooted firmly at the foot of the league table, Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri will be hopeful of securing all three points from the game.

Meanwhile Bari coach Giampiero Ventura will be hopeful that a good performance against Milan will provide them with a perfect platform to overturn their disastrous start to the season.
