AC Milan will be looking to close down the gap at the top of the Serie A table with a comfortable victory when they welcome Genoa on Saturday. Watch all the live Serie A action here on Live Sport Network.

The Rossoneri started the season with a bang but since then have struggled for form in the domestic league, managing to collect just one point from their last two games. Milan put up yet another disappointing performance at home to Catania last weekend Filippo Inzaghi scoring the equalizer on the stroke of half time to avoid an embarrassing defeat for the hosts.

The result sees Milan slip three points away from the top of the league table and though it is still very early in the season, Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri will be aware that his side cannot afford to drop any more points against teams they are expected to beat comfortably if they are to finally wrest away the Scudetto from arch rivals Inter Milan this season.

Genoa on the other hand will be hoping to avoid another heavy defeat on their trip to the San Siro having lost this fixture 5-2 last season. The Rossblu have struggled for consistency this season and have won just one of their opening three games so far.
