AC Milan are runaway leaders in Serie A season with a string of impressive results propelling them to the tital over city rivals Inter. AC claimed the title after a 0-0 draw away to Roma last weekend. Their final home game will see the unveiling of their new home strip for the 2011/12 season.

Manager Massimiliano Allegri has revealed that Nigeria left-back Taye Taiwo and French defender Philippe Mexes will join the Italian champions this summer. Mexes, who has been at Roma for seven seasons, is set to replace veteran Alessandro Nesta.

Cagliari travel to Milan 11^th in the league table. They will be hopeful of consolidating their position, daring to hope to pickup points against the champions at the San Siro.
