The duo completed their moves to the Stadium of Light last week with Muntari on loan from Inter Milan while the Black Cats wrapped up a 6 million move for Sessegnon from Paris St Germain. Manager Steve Bruce will be optimistic that the twin signings will provide a fresh impetus for his side as he looks to deal with the loss of Darren Bent to Aston Villa.
