When the two sides last met in the first leg of this fixture, the match ended in an uneventful 1-1 draw. Interestingly, they won both the matches by two goals.
For the visitors, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been in a superb form. With 14 goals and counting, pressure will be on him too, to break through the defense of Stoke City, who are quite formidable at home. This will be an exciting one to see.

Stoke City have been unable to find a consistent run of victories and hence they seem themselves languishing in the bottom half of the table. Stoke have a very poor record against United. Since 1984, the two sides have played more than a dozen times and Stoke have been unable to register a single victory over the Red Devils. Barring a 1-1 draw in 2011 at the Britannia Stadium, every game has gone the way of United.
