City are not expected to spend big during the January transfer window with owner Khaldoon Al Mubarak claiming that the current squad is good enough to finish in the top four this season. The Villans are sitting 15th in the league table and their poor form has increased the pressure on coach Gerard Houllier who will be desperate for funds during the January transfer window.
