The Liverpool defence will have to do a lot to contain in form Harry Kane who has been scoring at will. He has scored four goals in his last two games, and given Liverpool’s three at the back formation, he will have a lot of space to exploit. Christian Eriksen and Eric Lamela have been good in midfield as well.

Steven Gerrard may be rested for this game give than he played 90 minutes over the weekend. Lucas will miss out due to injury and hence Allen may take his place. Daniel Sturrdige may get his first start in this game since August. Jordon Ibe looked promising as well, but Lazar Markovic may just about retain his spot.

This game is a tough one to predict, but as Liverpool is playing at home, they have the upper hand and will have to make that count.
