The Cottagers are yet to hit their stride under Mark Hughes and have collected just two points from their last four games to slip to 17th in the league table, level on points with Wigan Athletic. However anything less than three points on Saturday could see Fulham slip into the relegation zone for the first time this season.

Fulham suffered a heavy defeat to Manchester City in their last match at Craven Cottage as the visitors completely dominated the game right from the start. Carlos Tevez opened the scoring early in the 6th minute while Pablo Zabaleta and Yaya Toure were also on target before Tevez completed the rout with his second 11 minutes into the second half.

Birmingham go into the match high on confidence following an excellent defensive display against Chelsea last weekend. The Blues scored from their only shot on target with Lee Bowyer opening the scoring early in the 17th minute before they shut up shop though Chelsea failed to break through even though they camped in the Birmingham half for the rest of the match.
