The Blues have won the last four meetings between the two sides including a double last season and with his side off to an excellent start this season, manager Carlo Ancelotti will be confident of securing another three points on Sunday.

Chelsea are three points clear at the top of the table after winning five of their last six games but Ancelotti will be aware that his side’s capability of successfully defending their Premier League title will depend on how they perform in their next few games.

Wenger will be hopeful that key player Cesc Fabregas will be available for selection with the Spanish international yet to recover from his hamstring injury while there are fitness concerns over Frank Lampard and Didier Drogba for Chelsea with the duo likely to miss out.
