The Gunners made their intentions clear of fighting for the league title with an excellent attacking display against Manchester City last weekend as goals from Samir Nasri, Alex Song and Nicklas Bendtner secured them a comfortable 3-0 victory and help them climb up to second in the league table.

The Hammers were the better team for most of the first half and took a deserved lead only for Newcastle to score through Kevin Nolan and Andy Carroll and collect all three points from the game.
