Four wins from their last five games has seen Barcelona remain within a point of Madrid at the top of the table and with the Los Blancos facing a difficult test of their own against city rivals Atletico Madrid, coach Josep Guardiola will be keen to take advantage of any slip ups and climb to the top of the table.

Barcelona go into the match on the back of a brilliant attacking display against Sevilla last weekend with Lionel Messi continuing his excellent form by scoring two goals while David Villa also managed to grab a brace.

Meanwhile Getafe coach Míchel will be optimistic that his side can put up a good showing and collect at least a point against Barcelona this weekend. The Azulones have won three of their last five games and currently sit 10th in the league table.
