Spain will look to bounce back from the 4-0 thrashing dished out to them by Iberian rivals Portugal when they host minnows Colombia in a friendly on Wednesday night. See La Furia Roja in action for the first time in 2011 by signing up to see Spain vs Colombia live with Live Sport Network.

As mentioned before, the Spanish were humbled 4-0 by Portugal in November 2010, ending what had otherwise been a fantastic year on a disappointing note. Spain coach Vicente Del Bosque has decided to stick with tried and tested players, with Barcelona defender Carles Puyol the only notable absentee because of a knee problem.  Sevilla winger Jesus Navas returns to the national set up after a spell on the sidelines due to injury.

This is also the first game for Fernando Torres since his record breaking switch from Liverpool to Chelsea in the winter transfer window. Torres is one of three English based players in the Spanish squad- goalkeeper Pepe Reina and midfielder Cesc Fabregas are the other two.

If Colombia are to upset Spain on Wednesday, a lot will hinge on the performances of Freddy Guarin and Radamel Falcao, both of whom ply their trade in Liga Sagres with FC Porto.
