Manchester United play their final pre-season friendly on Wednesday when they take on a League of Ireland XI as part of the first match to be played at the new Aviva Stadium in Dublin. Catch all the live football feeds from that game by signing up with us here on Live Sport Network.

United have had a fairly mixed tour of the United States, winning three and losing two of their five games played in North America. However manager Alex Ferguson will be pleased with the performances regardless of the results with the United boss opting largely to field a number of his young players.

New signings Javier Hernandez and Chris Smalling have impressed Ferguson with their displays along with Gabriel Obertan, Federico Macheda, Danny Welbeck and Tom Cleverley. The United manager has already revealed that he is unlikely to make any major signings this summer though he went on to reassure the Old Trafford faithful that he has the funds available if he wants to sign any player before the end of the transfer window.

Hernandez is once again expected to start the game along with Macheda and Nani who returned to full fitness by scoring a goal against Guadalajara in United’s last friendly. Following the game United have a three day rest before kicking off the season against Chelsea in their Community Shield match next weekend.
