Japan take on Argentina in an international friendly at home in a game that allows new coach Alberto Zaccheroni to test the talent at his disposal. Catch all the live football feeds from that game by signing up with us here on Live Sport Network.

Japan's new coach Zaccheroni has called up several Europe-based players including Shinji Kagawa, Keisuke Honda and Yuto Nagatomo for this friendly. This will be a test for Japan as they will be without goalkeeper Seigo Narazaki, who has retired from international football. Yokohama F. Marinos defender Yuji Nakazawa is out with injury, but otherwise, Zaccheroni has a full complement of Japanese talent at his disposal.

Meanwhile Argentina boss Sergio Batista has named Javier Pastore and Oscar Ustari in his 25-man squad to take on Japan. Lionel Messi has been named in the squad although his participation is doubtful as he has suffered an ankle injury at club duty for Barcelona.

Nicolas Gaitan has received his first senior call-up for an away game and could play some part at the Saitama Stadium this Friday. Previously Gaitan had been selected by former coach Diego Maradona for home friendlies only.
