England coach Fabio Capello could hand a debut cap for Wolves winger Matt Jarvis when his side takes on Ghana in an international friendly tie at Wembley on Tuesday. Catch all the live football feeds from that game by signing up with us here on Live Sport Network.

Capello named Jarvis in the squad to face Wales in the Euro 2012 qualifier and for the friendly game against Ghana after Adam Johnson failed to prove his fitness in time for the twin games. While Jarvis is not expected to play a part in the qualifier against Wales, the 24-year old’s impressive form for Wolves this season could hand him a debut game against Ghana with Capello expected to ring in the changes for the game.

The last couple of weeks has increased the pressure on Capello following his U turn to reinstate John Terry as the England captain. However the England coach is not likely to allow the media criticism to affect his work and is likely to forge ahead with what he thinks is right for the team in the run up to the Euro 2012 finals next summer.

Meanwhile Ghana fans will be hoping for a good performance from their side that has played just once since losing out to Uruguay in the quarter finals of the World Cup last summer. An international friendly tie against South Africa ended in a disappointing defeat to Ghana and coach Goran Stevanovic will be hoping that his side can put in a better performance on Tuesday.
