Juventus bowed out of the Europa League on Match Day 5 as they could only manage a 1-1 draw against Lech Poznan in Poland. Artjoms Rudnevs put Lech ahead in the 12^th minute and Juventus took seventy two minutes to reply, which they eventually did when Vincenzo Iaquinta netted the equaliser six minutes from time.

Juventus have not won or lost a single game in Group A this season. All five fixtures have ended in draws - a statistic the Bianconeri would like to rectify on Thursday at the Stadio Olimpico.

City comfortably saw off Red Bull Salzburg at Eastlands on Match Day 5. Roberto Mancini’s men rode on the back of a double from striker Mario Balotelli to down their Austrian opponents 3-0. Winger Adam Johnson scored the other goal of the game for City.
