Pressure has been increasing on the FA to sack Capello following a poor World Cup campaign with a number of experts in the English media stating that they would like to see an English manager appointed as the coach of the national team.

With no major changes to the squad picked for the two Euro 2012 qualifiers, pressure is on Capello to deliver the goods against Bulgaria and Switzerland if he is to continue as the England manager. The Italian coach will be without a number of his key players with Frank Lampard, John Terry, Rio Ferdinand, Bobby Zamora, Peter Crouch and Scott Carson all out injured.

Switzerland on the other hand will be optimistic of causing an upset after having already beaten favorites and eventual winners Spain during the World Cup. Ottmar Hitzfeld confident that his side can secure at least a point against England as he looks to lead them to their third successive European Championship finals.
