Scotland boss Craig Levein is battling multiple injury worries ahead of his side's encounters against Lichtenstein and Lithuania. The Scots meet the latter on Friday before welcoming Lichtenstein. David Weir is back in the squad as replacement for Gary Caldwell, who is recovering from hip surgery. Andy Webster, Lee Wallace, Kevin MacNaughton and Chris Iwelumo miss out with injuries, while Stephen Fletcher is a doubtful starter with a foot issue.

Meanwhile Liechtenstein will be hoping to grab some early points and throw Group I wide open. Mario Frick and Fabio D'Elia are expected to lead their side's attack on Tuesday. The side kicks off their campaign against defending champions Spain on Friday.

Liechtenstein coach Hans-Peter Zaugg will hope that experienced players like Peter Jehle and Franz Burgmeie will help his side avoid heavy defeats in this campaign.
