The Scottish giants suffered a heavy 3-0 defeat in the first leg in Portugal with Braga riding high on goals from Alan, Uwa Elderson and Nascimento Matheus. The Portuguese side are all but certain to qualify to the next round though manager Domingos Paciencia will be keen to make sure that no complacency sets in.

Celtic coach Neil Lennon on the other hand will be hoping to make full use of the home advantage and stage one of the biggest turnarounds in the qualifying phase of the competition as he looks to keep his side’s European campaign alive for at least another round.

With Lennon opting to leave out Aiden McGeady, Celtic looked short of creativity up front and the Celtic manager will be hopeful that other players will step up to the occasion and deliver the goods by helping their side qualify to the next round.
