The League Two club came very close to snatching a shock victory after taking a 2-0 lead through Lee Hughes and Ben Davies in the first half. However Wigan fought back to reduce the defici through Jason Scotland before Ben Watson scored a late equalizer eight minutes from the final whistle to ensure a replay.

Manager Roberto Martinez will be expecting nothing less than a victory on Tuesday as he looks for a strong run in the FA Cup with a number of big teams already knocked out of the competition. Wigan go into the match on the back of a narrow 1-0 defeat to Everton on Saturday with the Toffees grabbing a late winner through Tim Cahill.

Meanwhile Notts County coach Dave Kevan will be hopeful that his side can provide some cheer for their supporters by booking a place in the fifth round of the FA Cup. The Magpies have been served with another winding up petition after failing to clear their taxes and with the club playing well in the league, Kevan will be optimistic that his side can get a positive result at the DW Stadium on Tuesday.
