West Brom currently sit at the bottom of the Premier League table, but recent results have given them cause for hope as they have beaten Man City and Tottenham. But manager Tony Mowbray realizes that consistency is the key and towards that end he may try out several players who have not had a run in first team games in this game.

With the arrival of Jay Simpson from Arsenal on loan, the Baggies may have hopes of repeating that run this season as well. The bad news is that defender Neil Clement has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a knee injury.

 

 

Peterborough on the other hand are strongly placed in League One and can hope to test West Brom in this game. The club progressed through after beating Tramere Rovers 1-2 in a replay following their 0-0 draw in the first leg. Goals from McLean and Mackail-Smith gave United a thrilling win after Kay had given the Rovers a lead. Last season the club succumbed in the fourth round to West Brom with Bednar, Koren and Phillips scoring in a 3-0 win.
