Thierry Henry scored his first goal this season, while Pedro bagged a brace in that game. Lionel Messi scored from the spot to complete the win. Nunes and Alhassane Keita scored for Mallorca.

Barca coach Pep Guardiola will hope his side does not drop any points as they prepare to face Inter Milan during the midweek in Europe. Guardiola is also hoping to replenish his squad by adding Robinho during the January window.
