Wales will be without star midfielder Joe Ledley for their World Cup qualifying clash against Liechtenstein as John Toshack's side look to recover from their 2-1 defeat to Russia in their last match. Watch live soccer streams here on Live Sport Network.

 

 

Liechtenstein will be facing a severely weakened Wales side with as many as five key players on the injury list. Along with Ledley, Wales will be missing Freddy Eastwood, Rob Earnshaw, Brian Stock and Danny Gabbidon who are out with injuries. Toschak will be aware that his side will have to beat Liechtenstein and hope for a favorable result against Germany if they are to avoid getting dropped out of contention for a qualifying place so early in the campaign.

Wales started their campaign with a disappointing performance against Azerbaijan in their first match and followed it up with a 2-1 loss to Russia who cruised to victory thanks to a late goal by Pavel Pogrebnyak in the 81st minute.

 

 

Liechtenstein coach Hans-Peter Zaugg will be hoping that his side will be able to score their first goal of the qualifying campaign after firing blanks in the first two matches. Liechtenstein were thrashed 6-0 by Germany in their first match but the side improved register a hard fought 0-0 draw away to Azerbaijan in their next match.
