Veteran Clarence Seedorf scored in the 75th minute in what turned out to be the only goal of the game. With rivals Inter and Juventus starting in a terrific manner, the pressure is now on new boss Leonardo to start churning out the required wins.

His campaign has not been helped by injuries to regular players and for this game as well he will be without goalkeeper Christian Abbiati, Davide Di Gennaro, Gennaro Gattuso and Marco Borriello.
