Tottenham made it to the last 16 of the UEFA Cup thanks to their 3-2 aggregate win over Slavia Prague. Dimitar Berbatov and Robbie Keane scored in the first leg win of 1-2 away at Prague, while Jamie O'Hara scored at home, but his goal was nullified by Matej Krajcik.

Meanwhile PSV continue their march towards a second UEFA Cup victory after making it to the Round of 16 with a comfortable 4-1 aggregate win over Helsingborg in the first knockout round. PSV were paired against Helsingborg after being dumped out of the Champions League and manager Sef Vergoossen will be looking up to Danko Lazovic to provide the goals up front with the striker scoring three goals in Europe this season.
