They train rivals Inter by 21 points and with just under 10 games remaining, are unlikely to make the cut. However Ancelotti will be keen his side makes it to the Champions League next season and hence these remaining games become vital.

In their last live Serie A game, AC Milan trounced Empoli 3-1 at the Stadio Carlo Castellani thanks to goals from Pato, Kaka and Massimo Ambrosini. Antonio Busce scored the lone goal for the home team. The Rossoneri play Sampdoria in a mid-week clash.
