Sweden clash against Portugal in their third world cup qualifier on Saturday having won their last game 2-1 against Hungary. Watch all the live football action here on Live Sport Network.

 

 

Sweden beat Hungary 2-1 thanks to goals from Kim Kallstrom and Samuel Holmen, while Gergory Rudolf pulled a goal back in injury time for Hungary.

Sweden coach Lars Lagerback has named a 21-man squad for this tie. However Galatasaray midfielder Tobias Linderoth will miss this clash with a foot injury. Sweden are also without Anders Svensson, Erik Edman and goalkeeper Rami Shaaban for this tie as all players are battling injuries. Johan Wiland will serve as deputy to Andreas Isaksson in the goal.

 

 

Meanwhile Portugal will hope to recover from a shock 2-3 loss to Denmark in their last game. Portugal started well with a 4-0 win over Malta, but their campaign faltered against Denmark.

Nani and Deco scored for the home side, while the visitors grabbed the game through goals from Niklas Bendtner, Christian Poulsen and Daniel Jensen.

 

 

Portugal coach Carlos Queiroz will be without defender Ricardo Carvalho and midfielder Simao Sabrosa for this tie. Midfielder Cristiano Ronaldo makes a comeback after having missed the first two games as he was recovering from an ankle operation. Deco has been named in the squad even though he is yet to recover from a thigh injury.
