Sweden meet France in a friendly clash on Wednesday in what will be their final friendly before they begin their 2010 World Cup qualifying campaign. Watch all live streaming footy action here on Live Sport Network.

Sweden coach Lars Lagerback will hope his team can put the Euro 2008 disappointment behind them and start concentrating on the upcoming World Cup qualifiers. With skipper Freddie Ljungberg calling it a day, Lagerback will hope his midfield can stand up the scrutiny against France.

 

 

France coach Raymond Domenech has called up Yoann Gourcuff and Rod Fanni for the first time. However Eric Abidal or veteran goalkeeper Gregory Coupet has been left out. It appears to be the end of the road for the latter as far as his International career is concerned.

Hugo Lloris and Steve Mandanda will vie for the goalkeeper's shirt. Meanwhile Domenech has recalled Gael Clichy, Bacary Sagna, Hatem Ben Arfa, Alou Diarra, Mathieu Flamini and Philippe Mexes to his squad.

 

 

Domenech is in danger of losing his job should the Les Bleus fail to perform adequately during this campaign. Patrick Viera, Willy Sagnol, Franck Ribery and Francois Clerc are out with injury, but Domenech will hope they can be fit in time for next months qualifier against Austria.
