Argentina beat Uruguay 1-0 in their decisive World Cup qualifier, with Mario Bolatti scoring a dramatic 84^th minute winner. A loss to Uruguay would have condemned Argentina to a spot in the playoffs. Many in the Albicelestes squad currently ply their trade in Spain- Lionel Messi, Sergio Aguero, Gonzalo Higuain, Maxi Rodriguez and Fernando Gago to name a few. Others like Esteban Cambiasso and Pablo Aimar have also graced La Liga at some or the other point in their careers.
