The Bianconeri will be in a confident mood after registering their first win in Champions League against Maccabi Haifa on Wednesday. Giorgio Chiellini's goal was the difference between the two teams on that night. The victory against Haifa ended a winless streak of five games. While the three points was good news, Juventus boss Ciro Ferrara will be hoping the same form continues in Serie A as well.

Juve are currently on the third spot with 15 points from 8 games and already trail leader Inter by four points. Last week, Juve were held to a 1-1 draw by Fiorentina. Juan Manuel Vargas gave the latter an early lead, but Amauri equalized after 19 minutes to snatch a draw.

Tiago, Alessandro Del Piero, Hasan Salihamidzic and Claudio Marchisio continue to be sidelined for Juve.

Meanwhile Siena are placed 19th on the league table and look like they will be involved in a relegation battle at the end of the season.

Last week, they slumped to a 1-0 loss to Parma thanks to an early goal from Valeri Bojinov. Coach Marco Giampaolo will be disappointed with his side's performances so far and will hope they can give a better account of themselves in this game. Defending has been a problem for the Tuscan side and will continue to be in this one as well as Daniele Ficagna and Luca Rossettini are still sidelined with injuries.
