The Rossoneri have recovered well from their defeat to Inter Milan in January and have won their last four games. Inter’s poor run of form has seen Milan re-enter the title race and coach Leonardo will be optimistic that his side can take advantage of further slip ups by the league leaders and further close down the gap at the top of the table.

AS Roma on the other hand will be looking to put behind the disappointment of crashing out of the Europa League by maintaining their excellent run of form that has seen the club win seven of their last eight games.

Mathieu Flamini is available for selection after missing the last match due to suspension though Milan will be without Pato with the striker injuring himself against Atalanta last weekend.
