There has been a lot of bickering in the media from Ireland players many of whom are still not happy with the seeding procedure for the play-offs. Ireland defender Richard Dunne has revealed that his side is afraid of no one and will be going all out for a win on Saturday that could unsettle France who will then have to win in the second leg. Dunne has blasted France coach Domenech for his tactics and this should spur on the players to give their all on Saturday.

Ireland have a minor injury worry ahead of the game on Saturday with Liam Miller in doubt with a calf injury. However coach Giovanni Trapattoni has revealed that he will not be calling in any replacements even if Miller is not fit to face France.

France on the other hand will be without the injured Franck Ribery who continues to remain out of action due to a knee injury. Ribery has not played for his club or country for more than a month and requires another four weeks to regain full fitness.

France captain Patrick Vieira is another key player missing for the Les Blues with coach Raymond Domenech deciding that the Inter Milan midfielder has not has had much match practice. Bordeaux keeper Cedric Carrasso and Lyon defender Aly Cissokho have found a place in the squad for the first time in their career though the duo are expected to sit on the bench for the tie this weekend.

This is a make or break week for the eccentric Domenech and his ageing stars as many pundits have predicted that he will be sacked if his side does not make it through.
