Reggina look almost certain to be relegated having managed to collect just 23 points from 32 games. The Amaranto have had difficulties in scoring goals, managing to find the back of the net just 23 times this season. Reggina coach Nevio Orlandi faces a tough task of motivating his side to win a majority of their remaining games if they are to avoid the drop.

Last week Reggina managed to raise hopes of survival after beating Atalanta 1-0 thanks to a lone goal from striker Fabio Ceravolo. This was their first win in 2009 and fans will hope it is a sign of better things to come for the rest of the season.

Reggina face a Juventus side that has ceded the second spot on the Serie A table to AC Milan following a 1-1 draw against Inter last week. Mario Balotelli put Inter ahead after 64 minutes, but Zdenek Grygera levelled in the last minute to grab a point for Juve.

The Bianconeri are on 64 points from 32 games, the same as Milan, who are second thanks to their better goal difference. Juve coach Claudio Ranieri will hope his side can do enough in the remaining games to clinch the second direct Champions League qualifying spot.

Amauri is a doubtful starter for this game, but David Trezeguet and Pavel Nedved are expected to be fit after recovering from an illness and a knee injury respectively.
